Duracoat Royale Classic Matt Emulsion is a technically upgraded superior premium quality contains 100% pure acrylic emulsion from the world renowned company Rohm and Haas. It is also manufactured using the best quality emulsion, pigments and extenders to confer a long lasting and aesthetically pleasing finish to any surface it is applied on. It is ideal for use on walls, ceilings, partition boards, plasters and concrete. Virtually odour free and environmental friendly.

Thinning :

Use clean water to thin to brushable consistency. DO NOT overthin as this will impair the final properties of the paint film.

Spreading rate :

Spreading rate varies according to the surface porosity and texture. Approximate spreading rates on different surfaces are given below.

Hints and tips (for best results)
  • Always read instructions
  • Always use good quality brushes
  • Try to paint in one motion
  • Always pretest on a small area first
Wise precautions :
  • Ensure good ventilation during application and drying
  • Avoid contacts with skin and eyes
  • In case of contact with skin wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse
  • mmediately with plenty of water and seek medical advise.
  • Wear Dustcoat or Overall, Hand gloves and Breathing mask if spraying.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.


Instructions
Please read carefully to get optimum performance from this high quality product.
  • Stir well till homogeneous after opening.
  • Using a little quantity of paint, thin to brushable viscosity and apply onto a small area on the prepared surface to confirm shade and finish. This will avoid redoing the whole work if the shade is not suitable to your taste

It is ideal for use on wall , ceilings, partition boards, plasters and concrete. Virtually odour free makes it environmental friendly.

Surface preparation : All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and other impurities. Cracks and defects should be filled with suitable crack filler. Powdery or unsound surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned . Then apply one coat of Duracoat Pliolite SurfaceConditioner.



New surfaces : Ensure the surface is dry. Apply one coat of Duracoat Royale All PurposeUndercoat followed by two coats of Duracoat Royale Classic Matt Emulsion.

Previously painted surfaces : Remove all loose, chalky, flaking materials. Powdery materials should be removed with a wire brush. Treat all surfaces with Pliolite Surface Conditioner. Treat surface for mould or algae if present with Duracoat Fungicidal Wash. Allow to dry. Then apply a minimum of two coats of Duracoat Royale Classic Matt Emulsion.

Application : Can be applied by brush, roller or aireless spray. Do Not overthing. Add 15% to 20% of clean water for best results on finish coat.

Spreading capacity : 15 – 18 sq.mt/ltr on smooth previously painted non porous surface. 11 – 14 sq.mt/ltr on cement – wood float.

Drying : Touch dry in 30 minutes, overcoatable within 4 – 5 hours under normal drying conditions.

Stir well before use, clean equipment with water.
