Product Description: Duracoat Penetrating Primer is based on high quality resins, pigments and extenders. It is designed to bind loosely bound, powdery and flaking surfaces. It is also designed to be used on new, very porous plaster surfaces where prior binding is required before painting.

Surface Preparation:
Surfaces to be treated must be free as much as possible from friable materials which must be removed by brushing or scrapping.

Method of Application:
By brush only. Apply liberally using brush.

Thinner
Supplied ready for use. If any thinning is required use Duracoat White Spirit.

Drying Time:
Dust free 4-6hrs.
Recoatable: After 24hrs.

Hard dry 24hrs. After drying it can be recoated with emulsion paint, or with Duracoat Universal Undercoat, followed with two coats of enamel paint.

Spreading Rate:
Depending on surface porosity, spreading rate can vary between 4-12 sq. mtr. per litre.

Pack Size:
1litre, 4 litres and 20litres.

Caution:

• Stir the paint thoroughly before applying.
• INFLAMABLE. Keep away from flames.
• Use in a well ventilated area.
• Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact with skin wash with plenty of fresh water then apply barrier cream. In case of contact with eyes, clean with plenty of fresh water, then seek medical attention.
