Product Description: Duracoat Stoving Enamel is an industrial strong coating specially formulated for use on electrical and domestic appliances, steel drums, office metal furniture and other industrial items. Finish: Gloss, Matt or as required. Application: By spray Thinning: Thin to spraying viscosity, about 25sec @ 25oc with Duracoat Stoving Thinner. Drying Time: After spraying allow 5 minutes for flash off before baking. Stove for 15 min at 1700C, or 20min at 1500C, or as specified. Cleaning: Clean all equipment with Duracoat Stoving Thinner. Colour Range: To Order Spread Rate: At 25 microns film thickness, spreading rate is 16-18 square metres per litre Pack Sizes: 1 litre, 4 litres, 20 litres, 200 litres Specifications All the metal surface to be sprayed must be thoroughly cleaned and rendered free from grease, moisture, rust and mill scale. Degrease the surface with strong cleaning solvent. Do not apply to previously painted surfaces. Further Parameters: Priming: Not necessary on certain surfaces. Should a primer be required, it must be a stoving system primer, in which case the primer is first applied and stoved. Hardness: 3H, 4H or over Solvent Resistance: Over 60 m.e.k rubs or as specified.
