Product Description: Duracoat Silver Aluminium Paint is a metallic Premium quality paint designed for use internally and externally on iron and steel surfaces. DuraCoat Silver Aluminium paint has excellent heat reflecting properties and will help maintain coat temperatures of water within storage tanks. It is based on a high quality synthetic resin and leafing aluminium paste.

Application: By Brush or spray

Thinning: Supplied ready for use, if thinning is required for ease application thin with DuraCoat White Spirit.

Drying time: Surface Dry: 1-2 hours Re-coating: 12 hours

Cleaning: Clean all equipment with DuraCoat White Spirit

Colour Range: Metallic Silver

Spread Rate: 14-16sq. mts.per litre when applied on smooth surface. Spread rate will vary if applied on rough surfaces

Pack Sizes: 1 litre, 4 litres, 20 litres

Specifications:

• The surface to be painted must be clean, dry and completely free from oil and rust. Previously painted surfaces should be free from loose and flaking materials.
• Ensure surfaces are primed with appropriate primer.
• Apply one coat to the prepared surface. Normally one coat is sufficient but for maximum durability two coats are recommended.
