Product Description: Duracoat Zinc Phosphate Primer is a superior quality primer offering ultimate protection against corrosion on ferrous and non ferrous metal surfaces. DuraCoat Zinc Phosphate primer is also suitable for galvanized steel surfaces.

Application: By Brush, roller or spray

Thinning: Thin with Duracoat White Spirit to brushable or sprayable viscosity.

Drying time: Dust free 2-4 hours Overcoatable: 6 hours strictly.

Cleaning: Clean equipment with Duracoat White Spirit.

Colour Range: 11-14 sqmts/litre. May vary due to surface texture.

Pack Sizes: 1 litre, 4 litres, 20litres.

Specifications:

New Iron and Steel Surfaces: Surface must be clean, dry and free from grease, rust or mild scale. Apply one coat of Duracoat Zinc Phosphate Primer. Allow 24 hours to dry before applying Duracoat Universal Undercoat.

Previously Painted Surfaces: Remove and clean all old flaking paint from the surface and clean the surface with White Spirit. Apply one coat of Duracoat Zinc Phosphate Primer.

Galvanized Iron and Non-Ferrous Surfaces: Apply one coat of Zinc Phosphate Primer. Followed by recommended finishing.
